The reason I specialise in the treatment of soft tissue such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons is that if muscles are not happy, then the ligaments and tendons around the joints will not be happy, which in turn will cause imbalances that eventually lead to aches and pains.
A large area of the body that is most affected by this is the spine. Most of the clients I've treated and am currently treating suffer mostly from back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain. Therefore, treating soft tissue can prevent those aches and pains, but also much more.
In 2003 I became fully qualified as a Sports Massage Specialist, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. In 2010 I studied at City of Bristol College, where am qualified in Level 2 Counselling. In 2019 I completed level 3 in Psychology.
I am also a qualified, registered and practicing "Work Life and Personal Development Coach."
Since 2005 I have worked as a fitness motivator, training and advising people about how to become fit, healthy and reach their potential. Working in this field I realised that some people continue to train whilst they are injured. This often causes further injury which can become chronic if not treated.
This work experience has allowed me to start working as a Personal Trainer, then shortly after I started working as a full-time Sports Massage Specialist, and I’ve been doing that since 2006.
Are you ready to get rid of those aches?
